Universal Truths

Every belief system on Earth has its costumes.

Different languages. Different rituals. Same spine.

Here are the universal truths nobody escapes:

You are not separate.

You never were.

You never could be.

Fear is a distortion.

Love is the truth underneath it.

Your mind is not a camera.

Your mind is a projector.

It doesn’t “see” reality, it casts a story onto it.

The enemy isn’t the world.

The enemy is the ego, the part that needs to be right, safe, special, above, or untouchable.

Everything is connected.

That’s not poetry. That’s physics. That’s nervous systems. That’s consequences.

The truth will set you free

not because it feels good,

but because reality is the only place you can actually stand.

Waking up takes presence.

Waking up takes compassion.

Waking up takes stillness and self-knowledge.

Waking up turns suffering into wisdom.

Waking up is remembering what you are.

Not instantly. Not cleanly.

But eventually, if you stop negotiating with your own truth.

And the punchline:

The world doesn’t have to change first.

Your relationship to it does.
