Presence is clarity.

you stop forecasting disaster

you stop negotiating with fear

you stop explaining yourself to ghosts

And something wild happens…

You can finally see what’s real.

Not what you assume.

Not what you fear.

Not what you rehearse.

Just what is.

Clarity isn’t a mindset.

It’s a regulated nervous system.

When I’m present:

I don’t need answers.

I need truth.

And truth only lives right here.

don’t chase “there.”
